About This Site

Finding a Fresno County mugshot or recent arrest means knowing which official office holds each part of the record. This private reference brings the Sheriff’s live custody and booking paths, records contacts, court follow-up, and state corrections search into a clear sequence. It hosts no booking-photo gallery and does not copy government records.

Why This Reference Exists

California law makes many government records available, yet one arrest can produce records in several places. The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office creates the jail booking record and intake photograph and runs the current-custody and 72-hour systems. Fresno Superior Court holds the case after filing and shows the disposition, which is the later court result. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation maintains CIRIS for people sentenced to state prison. Federal and immigration custody use different official locators. This site organizes those official sources and explains how a focused records request can fill a gap. It never hosts its own mugshot gallery.

Records Paths Included

The site separates recent intake, current custody, release, and court outcome so one status is not mistaken for another. Readers can find:

  • The full Fresno County booking-record and mugshot search path on the home page, including the official roster, recent bookings, release view, records requests, and California removal law.
  • City-specific guidance for Fresno, Clovis, and Sanger, including which police agency owns the event report and where county intake occurs.
  • Step-based help for Sheriff jail data, the rolling booking feed, records contacts, and CDCR offender information.
  • Guidance on requesting an identifiable booking record or photograph and following the related case to Fresno Superior Court.

What We Cannot Provide

Fresno County Busted Mugshots is privately operated. It has no connection to a California sheriff, police department, jail, court, corrections department, or other government body.

  • We cannot release, detain, or transfer a person in custody.
  • We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for anyone.
  • We cannot provide legal advice or act for a records requester.
  • We cannot promise that an office address, phone number, fee, or other changing detail remains current.

Only the Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office or the proper corrections agency can confirm current custody, charges, or release; this site only identifies the official route.
